SPEC-033 governed autonomous build factory.

The factory package is the SPEC-033 governed autonomous build factory: the machinery that lets agent swarms build software under explicit, machine-checkable governance. Work enters as assumptions and anchors, passes a Definition-of-Ready decision, is built in isolated git worktrees under a DAG scheduler, and is promoted only after conformance, evidence and dispatch gates pass. Its subpackages follow the rows of SPEC-033 section 9; the curated narrative gives the story and the ADR numbers.

Data flows from assumptions and anchors into the decision phase, then through dispatch gates into the scheduler, whose merge queue promotes facts through the promotion store after a re-gate, while the enforcement ledger records governed writes. Each row has a thin command-line script named scripts/factory_*.py (for example factory_assumptions, factory_enforce and factory_pipeline). The package __init__ is only a docstring. To start reading, take decision.phase for the readiness path, or scheduler.scheduler for the build path.
