Orchestrata Ultimate — Unified orchestration platform.

The main source package, orchestrata_ultimate: a single package that holds what used to be a 26-package monorepo, organised in import layers (see the architecture overview, the component DAG and the ontology). The subpackages group by role:

• Foundation: core (base classes, protocols, packet, infrastructure access, tracing, test execution), di (dependency injection) and infra (Redis state and the Prolog bridge).
• Messaging and runtime: cxp (the packet protocol), postman, kernel, orchestrator and gateway.
• Agents and services: agents, llm, providers, memory, context, session and planning.
• Governance and quality: governance, gates, verification, harness and promotion.
• Knowledge and code generation: knowledge_graph, semantic_graph, domaingen, factory, refactor, openspec, tools, drivers, integrations and plugin.

Seven modules sit directly in the package. main is the entry point for python -m orchestrata_ultimate and runs the kernel command line. cli is a small FastAPI application with health and status routes. exceptions, interfaces, models and types are empty namespaces whose docstrings point to the subpackages that define those names, and init is the six-line package root. Curated narratives for each subpackage are under the modules pages. To start reading, take core, then the package whose behaviour you need.
