SPEC-033 semantic anchors — authoring, storage, ratification (B15a).
The anchors package holds the semantic anchors of the factory (SPEC-033 rows B15a and B15b, ADR-0012, ADR-0013, ADR-0016, ADR-0023). An anchor is a requirement-derived constraint that a human ratifies, in one of three classes ranked by independence: a differential oracle, a property or an example.
Authoring and storage: models defines Anchor; store keeps them in AnchorRegistry, with no update method and a weakening ledger for every supersede; intake proposes anchors from DoR-procedure candidates and amendment oracles. Use in the pipeline: source offers ratified anchors to the assumption cascade as pinning candidates; evaluation compares anchors with observed evidence without running code or calling a model; gate turns the results into a fast-path verdict for the fast-path classifier. The decision phase also reads the registry. The CLI entry point is scripts.factory_anchors. Start with models and store.
