SPEC-033 C3 lexical/structural detector set (B22, ADR-0029).
The detectors package is the C3 lexical and structural detector set that scans requirement text for ambiguity and incompleteness indicators (SPEC-033 row B22, requirement REQ-033-C3, ADR-0029). A finding is an indicator and never a verdict: no detector issues a completeness verdict (ADR-0011).
Parts: lexicons (word lists and the pattern compiler); clause (sentence and clause segmentation, so conditional clauses can be exempted); models (Tier, Finding, DetectorReport); rules (one function per rule and the ALL_RULES registry in three tiers: blocking, advisory and question); engine (run_detectors, the tier-1 gate and the persistent dismissal Blacklist); and c1_bridge (tier-3 questions become pending assumptions in the assumptions ledger). Text flows through segmentation, then the rules, then the engine into a report. The decision phase blocks on tier-1 findings. The CLI entry point is scripts.factory_detectors. Start with engine.
