SPEC-033 declared formalization + C4 detection (B26, ADR-0022, REQ-033-C4).
The formalization package lets a requirement be declared as a small constraint-satisfaction problem and checked for contradictions and under-constraint (SPEC-033 row B26, requirement REQ-033-C4, ADR-0022). models defines the schema (Formalization, Variable, Domain, Constraint) with load-time validation and JSON persistence. c4 searches the finite solution space exhaustively and returns a C4Report with witnesses. dor_bridge renders a report as blocking lines. The decision phase runs C4 ahead of the other checks. C4 reasons only about the declared formalization, not the underlying requirement. The CLI entry point is scripts.factory_c4. Start with models.
