DoR construction procedure with machine-checkable step shapes (SPEC-033 REQ-033-C5).
The dor_procedure package turns the Definition of Ready into a construction procedure with machine-checkable shapes (SPEC-033 row B23, requirement REQ-033-C5, ADR-0028). A flat checklist invites a plausible tick per row, whereas a construction step either produces its output or visibly cannot.
Parts: models (one frozen dataclass per step, gathered in ConstructionArtifact); axes (the residual-axis catalogue for step 7); rulings (ruling ids read from the rulings canon); validate (the shape validator, validate_artifact and procedure_ready); artifact (atomic JSON persistence of the evidence artifact); and anchors_export (steps 2 and 3 exported as anchor candidates for the anchors package). The design authority produces an artifact, validate checks its shape, and the decision phase acts on the result. The CLI entry point is scripts.factory_dor_procedure. Start with models.
