SPEC-033 rule-driven projection + completeness meta-check (B5, ADR-0006/0025).
The projection package keeps Prolog governance checks sound by making sure the facts projected into Prolog cover everything the rules consult (SPEC-033 row B5, ADR-0006, ADR-0025). Negation as failure is sound only under a closed world, so a missing fact would make a negated goal succeed silently. analyzer derives the required predicates from the rulebase text by static analysis and refuses constructs that make the call graph undecidable. completeness compares the derived set with what a caller is about to project and raises an error on any gap, so the gate fails closed. The caller runs the analyzer first and the completeness check second, before consulting the rulebase. The parsing layer is shared with scripts.prolog_meta_lint. The CLI entry point is scripts.factory_projection. Start with analyzer.
