An intentionally empty namespace module (five lines, a docstring only). Its legacy re-exports were removed to eliminate upward layer imports, and the docstring directs callers to import exceptions from the subpackages that define them, for example core.base.error and core.packet.exceptions. tests/test_exceptions.py covers it.
