Orchestrator (U:Ox) - Governance and policy management engine

The orchestrator package is the Orchestrator volk (U:Ox): it parses intents, manages facts and decides what is allowed. Concierge is where a human intent enters; from there the package turns that intent into work for the volks, guarded by Prolog governance rules and recorded in Redis and the knowledge graph. The package narrative tells the story with diagrams; this page groups the module pages.

Intent pipeline. intent_broker is the front door and intent_broker_factory wires it. Free text goes through intent_normalizer, intent_classifier, intent_vocabulary and nlp; typed strings go through intent_parser and parameter_extractor. Each intent is then checked by intent_security and intent_validator, analysed by the impact subpackage, routed and dispatched by intent_router. Shared types are in intent_types, intent_enums and intent_results; state and telemetry in intent_lifecycle, intent_history, intent_metrics; reuse in intent_template, intent_workflow and ambiguity_resolver.

Pipeline execution. pipeline_router plans stages per work type, pipeline_runner runs them through Postman, with pipeline_escalation, verification_gate and artifact_store; pipeline_kernel bridges the gateway.

Governance and facts. engine evaluates policy over Prolog through prolog_worker; policy_registry versions policies; graph_audit records decisions; fact_manager, fact_store and fact_graph manage facts; orchestrator is the staffing facade.

Entry points are IntentBroker.process_text and process_intent, PipelineRunner.run, PipelineKernelClient.send_packet and UOxEngine.evaluate_policy. Start with intent_broker, then pipeline_runner and engine.
