orchestrata_ultimate.plugin - Plugin SDK for Orchestrata (SPEC-015).

The plugin package (SPEC-015) lets first- and third-party packages add Volk types, tools, providers, channels, Prolog rules and graph schema without editing the core. A plugin is a Python package with a plugin.yaml manifest that declares the capabilities it needs. The curated narrative tells the design story.

Parts by role. Contracts and configuration: interfaces, config, manifest and exceptions. Finding and loading: loader (local directories and entry points, with a module-path check) and discovery (install, enable, disable, reload). State and policy: registry and governance. What the plugin sees: context, registration and the concrete registries.

Flow: the manager discovers manifests into the registry, then on load_plugin asks governance for admission, imports the class through the loader, builds a context, calls the plugin's initialize and marks it active. Plugins call the context to register what they contribute, and the registrations are forwarded to the registries the manager was given. The public entry point is sdk, PluginSDK; the kernel command-line entry point uses the manager directly. Start with sdk, then manager.
