CodeDirector Volk package — code generation, artifact creation, and junior delegation.
The CodeDirector package holds U:Cd, the volk that turns the Architect's approved design into code on disk (specification 029). It receives an implement packet with the design, produces a project skeleton, and has the code written either in parallel shards or serially through the Junior volk, then reviews the result and hands it on to QA.
The parts, by role:
- Coordinator: volk holds
CodeDirectorVolk, with handlers forimplement,implementation_complete(from the Junior) andfix_issues(from QA). - Implementation helpers: implementation covers skeleton generation, the Prolog fan-out decision, the swarm path and prompt building.
- Scaffold: the scaffold subpackage parses the design and writes the skeleton.
- Review: review runs the self-review loop and the fix-delegation helpers, while review_checks provides the deterministic AST and regex checks that the QA volk also uses as its gates.
- Prompt: prompts holds the system prompt.
Control flows from _handle_implement into either the swarm (swarm) or the serial delegation to junior, back through _handle_junior_complete and the self-review, to an implementation_ready packet. QA bounces re-enter through _handle_fix_issues. Start reading at volk; the curated description is in volks.
