Orchestrata Ultimate is specified in specs/, one directory per component or feature. Each directory carries a spec.md, a checklists/requirements.md that defines the numbered requirement IDs (REQ-NNN-...) and, often, compliance audits and addenda. Code cites those IDs with @traces decorators; the RTM pages show which IDs are cited and by what.
