Volk: analyst (U:BA) — Business Analyst for requirements elicitation.

The analyst package holds U:BA, the Business Analyst volk (specification 019). It receives the Concierge's requirements bundle, classifies the project and fixes the technology choices, writes numbered user stories and requirements with non-functional requirements, stores them in the knowledge graph and passes the structured result to the Project Manager (pm).

The modules: agent holds AnalystAgent; prompts holds the system prompt and output template; parsers turns the labelled reply into data; init re-exports the agent. Data flows from the Concierge's packet through the prompt, the model, the parsers and the knowledge-graph store to the outgoing packet. Start reading at agent, method _handle_analysis. The upstream stage is the concierge package and the curated description is in volks.
