Purpose
Build intent-capture layer: unified intent registry + UserPromptSubmit router + KG-export jsonl sync + jsonl-backed remember + goal capture on SNS; wire into settings.json + install.sh; verify
Objectives
- Unify SNS/end/remember into one router driven by an intent registry
- Build transcript->kg_nodes.jsonl sync
- remember reads jsonl (no live Neo4j)
- Capture real goal on session start

- Goal captured as the trailing text after the sns alias: Hooks can't prompt interactively; 'sns <goal>' is a clean deterministic capture into the session purpose at 2026-06-22 21:31

Achievements
- Built deterministic intent-capture layer: registry (intents.toml) + one UserPromptSubmit router (intent_router.py), superseding the old session_open/close/remember hooks (commit 51836921)
- SNS goal capture: 'sns <goal>' / 'start new session <goal>' begins a session with the trailing text as purpose; guards against orphaning an already-open session
- remember reads a KG-export jsonl, no live Neo4j: kg_sync_jsonl.py syncs transcripts->kg_nodes.jsonl (2826 nodes / 0.5s for orchestrata); deterministic AND-keyword query injects matched nodes as forced facts
- Wired router into settings.json (UserPromptSubmit) + install.sh; verified install.sh deploys exactly the 3 intended hooks (no legacy)
- Verified end-to-end in REAL fresh claude sessions via sentinel: remember injected jsonl facts; sns routed + open-session guard fired (no orphaning). Gates green: ruff, ruff-format, mypy --strict
