Purpose
Restore the real session hooks (session_open/close/remember): drop my intent_router, re-wire + deploy the old hooks, fold jsonl into remember, deploy the goal subsystem
Objectives
- Drop the intent_router regression
- Re-wire session_open (sns) + session_close (cts/cs)
- remember -> jsonl (keep the one good idea)
- Port the goal subsystem (get_goal/criteria) into the deployed package
Achievements
- docs: document the session continuity + intent system
- session_cli: select work items by index or fragment, not full text
- Restore the real session hooks; drop the intent_router regression
