Volk: senior_dev (U:SD) — Senior Dev agent for oscillation recovery.

The senior_dev package holds U:SD, the Senior Developer volk, an out-of-band troubleshooter rather than a pipeline stage. It is activated when iterations oscillate, analyses the failure history and sends the Concierge a prompt_refinement packet with a root cause, constraints and an intent addendum so the next iteration starts from firmer ground.

The package has two modules: agent with SeniorDevAgent, whose process method builds the prompt and _parse_response reads the labelled result, and init which re-exports it. Its output goes to the concierge package. Start reading at agent. The curated description is in volks.
