orchestrata_tools: unified codebase analysis toolkit for orchestrata-ultimate.

orchestrata_tools is a library for analysing a Python codebase from its serialized AST and generating tests, diagrams, reviews and LLM context from that analysis. Its input is the JSON snapshot written by the AST component orchestrata_ast, or source parsed directly. It is not the set of host tools deployed at /opt/orchestrata-tools/bin (pytest-live, observe_pytest, swarm_supervisor, ast and others). That deployment's lib directory holds orchestrata_ast, a subset of orchestrata_ultimate and the scripts, and contains no orchestrata_tools directory. The deployed ast command reaches this package's neighbour, orchestrata_ast, not this library.

Parts, by role:

Flow: a JSON snapshot goes through the loader into an ASTCodebase, then an ASTIndex, which every analyzer, generator and reviewer reads. Start with ast_models and indexer. The related AST query code in the main package is in the tools package.
