orchestrata_tools.backcompat
Reference › orchestrata_tools › backcompat
Backward-compatible CLI wrappers.
The backcompat package holds thin command-line wrappers that preserve the interfaces of four older standalone scripts on top of the orchestrata_tools library. Each wrapper has a main(argv) function that parses the old flags, loads a serialized AST file with the JSON loader, builds an index and calls the library.
- ast_explorer: summaries, untested methods, coverage, gaps and class lookup.
- code_review: a code-quality report in text, JSON or Markdown.
- diagram_generator: Mermaid class and module diagrams.
- test_review: a test-quality report.
No module outside the package imports them; tests/test_orchestrata_tools_backcompat.py exercises them. New work should use the package CLI in __main__ or the library classes directly. Start with ast_explorer as the largest wrapper.
