- JSDoc all public APIs across core lib, bridge, and app
- Migrate JSON.parse(JSON.stringify) to structuredClone

- Added JSDoc to lib/bus.js, lib/portal.js, lib/registry.js
- Added JSDoc to bridge/websocket-bridge.js (all public methods)
- Added JSDoc to bridge/state-sync.js, bridge/notification-manager.js
- Added JSDoc to app.js public methods (init, destroy, connectGateway, applyLayout)

- Replaced JSON.parse(JSON.stringify(obj)) with structuredClone(obj) in lib/metrics.js
