- Implement projects.taskUpdate backend RPC

Details:
- Backend: Added handle_task_update() to gateway/handlers/projects.py
- Backend: Neo4j MATCH + SET query with parameterized updates, status_history tracking support
- Backend: Wired projects.taskUpdate in gateway/rpc.py
- Frontend: Slide-out detail panel (right side, fixed, 380px) with animation
- Frontend: Inline editable fields: title, description, priority, status, assigned volk, parent goal
- Frontend: Read-only sections: time spent, status history list
- Frontend: Save Changes button calls projects.taskUpdate via bridge and re-renders board
- Frontend: Click on task card opens detail panel (guarded against drag state)
