LLM model abstractions for verification.

The LLM abstraction layer of the verification subsystem (Spec 035 US-005). base_model defines the LLMModel protocol, a ModelRegistry and a ModelFallbackChain that tries models in order until one succeeds. Four wrappers implement the protocol, each with a different declared strength: opus (reasoning and formal verification), deepseek_r1 (mathematical rigor), grok4_minimax (fast iteration) and qwen_max (multilingual).

The agents depend only on the protocol and call it asynchronously for verification, result analysis and proof generation. In the current source the four wrappers return fixed dictionaries and make no network request, so the fallback chain and registry are the working parts. Settings for model endpoints are in verification_config. Start with base_model.
