Configuration dataclasses for the Verification Agent (Spec 035 US-001). ModelConfig describes one LLM endpoint: name, base URL, timeout (30 seconds) and retry count (3). VerificationConfig is the top-level settings object: max_attempts (3), checkpoint_timeout (60 seconds), concurrent_evaluations (5), the Redis host, port, database (15) and key prefix orchestrata_ultimate:verification, a list of ModelConfig, proof_confidence_threshold (0.8), and the switches escalation_enabled and edge_case_detection. VerificationConfig.default() returns a default instance.

The Redis host and port have no literal defaults: they come from the resolvers in redis_factory, and resolve_redis_port raises naming the missing key, so an unset port fails at construction rather than aiming at a port nothing named.
