Verification configuration.

The configuration package of the verification subsystem. It has one working module, verification_config, which defines ModelConfig for LLM endpoints and VerificationConfig for attempt limits, timeouts, concurrency, Redis location, proof-confidence threshold and the escalation and edge-case switches. The configuration is plain data with no loader of its own; callers construct it directly or through VerificationConfig.default(). Redis host and port are resolved from the environment through the core Redis factory. Read verification_config first; the package narrative shows where the settings are consumed.
