The package root of the Verification Agent (Spec 007b / 035). It defines nothing itself; it re-exports the spec-conformance surface of spec_completeness and traceability so callers such as scripts.generate_rtm_evidence can import them from orchestrata_ultimate.verification. See the verification package narrative for the whole package.
