A stub entry point for the interactive console (TUI). A click group cli carries two commands, start, which launches the console, and version, which shows its version; main is the console-script entry. The group's own docstring says the console is not yet implemented. No module imports it, and two test files cover it. The working command-line surfaces are cli for the standalone kernel and cli_main for the monolithic deployment.
