Operational-graph repository seam (backlog #163).
The seam through which the rest of orchestrata reaches its operational knowledge graph (Memgraph/orchgraph over the Bolt protocol) instead of using a driver directly (backlog item 163; see the core narrative). Callers depend on the protocols in interfaces: sync and async repositories with managed reads and writes, plus auto-commit statements and units of work on the sync side.
Flow: a caller asks the repository factory for a repository, optionally with a config whose unset fields defer to the environment. The factory returns a Bolt adapter from adapters, which obtains its driver from graph_factory, resolves the target database on each call, and wraps writes in the MVCC conflict retry of retry. The package root re-exports the public names. Start with interfaces, then the factory.
