Concrete adapters for the operational-graph repository seam.

The concrete adapters of the operational-graph repository seam. bolt_sync implements the synchronous protocol, including auto-commit statements and units of work. bolt_async implements the asynchronous read and write protocol. Both build drivers through graph_factory, resolve the target database on every call, and retry MVCC write conflicts using retry. Callers do not construct them directly; they use the repository factory. The package root imports both. The curated core narrative names these adapters Neo4jSyncRepository and Neo4jAsyncRepository in their former modules; the current classes are BoltSyncRepository and BoltAsyncRepository.
