OpenSpec format support (SPEC-104) for orchestrata_tools. detect locates a project's spec folder and recognizes its format, parse reads OpenSpec markdown into models, render writes the models back to markdown, and repo provides the repository operations. requirements_parser parses requirement checklists into Prolog facts.
