Session Management Package.

orchestrata_session is the session management package. The controller lives in the controller subpackage, around SessionController, with event_emitting_session_controller here adding events and portfolio_controller managing a portfolio of projects. Persistence is split across context_file_manager (1,022 lines, the context file), redis_session_store, graph_session_store and session_archiver. Continuity is checkpoint_manager, recovery_manager, handover_manager and work_carryover_manager. Facts are fact_generator, fact_emitter, and the Prolog links prolog_fact_bridge and prolog_session_interface; session_governance ties sessions to governance, spec_parser reads specs, and session_m_c_p_tools exposes sessions as MCP tools. Hooks are registered in hook_registry and session_hook. Subpackages: cli (the session command line), hooks (start, fact and pre-close hooks), kg_sync (synchronizing sessions into the graph) and examples. Entry points are the CLI and the hooks.
