Session management CLI package.
The session management command line of orchestrata_session. main defines it and __main__ lets it run as a module. Commands are grouped by module: lifecycle (669 lines) has begin, work, end, resume and summary; overview gives a one-shot startup digest; goals manages goals (SPEC-023); tasks manages tasks; achievements records achievements; archive handles archive, status and listing; kg syncs and queries the knowledge graph. _manager is the shared factory for the ContextFileManager.
