Intent Impact Analyzer - analyze intents and create execution plans.
The Intent Impact Analyzer of the orchestrator: it analyses intents and creates execution plans. intent_classifier and intent_impact_analyzer classify an intent and produce an impact_report with impact_scope, impact_severity and breaking_change entries. dependency_analyzer finds dependency_chain links, parallel_planner builds a parallel_plan of task_branch and agent_task items, and interface_contract and interface_verification check interfaces. cli is a command-line tool to run the analysis.
