orchestrata_kernel — the kernel component (SPEC-122).

orchestrata_kernel is the import package of the kernel component (SPEC-122); its own __init__ is a one-line docstring and all content is in ten subpackages. The core is kernel (122 modules): the OrchestrationKernel, the pipeline runner and its mixins, the volk registry, sessions, queue and event bus, with the PAM++ enforcement, audit and performance subsystems below it. orchestrator (132 modules) turns user text into intents and plans: parsing, classification, the intent broker, policies, facts and metrics. postman routes and delivers messages through queues, and cxp implements the packet protocol with gRPC, WebSocket and direct transports. Supporting parts are di (the container), infra (the Redis state manager), memory, context, core and extensions (the plugin SDK).

Messages travel as CXP packets and are routed by postman; the orchestrator interprets intents, and the kernel runs pipelines with policy, PAM++ and audit checks. Entry points are the cli modules in kernel and postman (standalone kernel and router processes). Shared protocols are in contracts. Start with kernel, then orchestrator.

411 modules, 59,309 lines of code.
