Formalization of requirements in the factory (SPEC-033 C4). Requirements become a formalization of variable, domain and constraint objects. c4 (200 lines) analyses it and returns a c4_report with contradiction_finding and under_constraint_finding entries; formalization_too_large reports an oversize input. dor_bridge (B26, REQ-033-C4) feeds the findings into the definition-of-ready procedure.
