Write enforcement and attestation in the factory. enforce (168 lines) checks governed writes against the writer_registry of known writer_identity entries, recorded as governed_write_record in the event_ledger. Attestations are attestation, signed_attestation and attestation_store (locked-file storage), signed through signer, hmac_signer and signing, with in_toto_link and slsa_provenance as the provenance formats. bootstrap sets the enforcement up; delta_classification, delta_violation and verdict describe the outcomes.
