The assumption ledger and arbiter cascade (SPEC-033) in the factory. assumption and assumption_ledger record assumptions, with assumption_status, pinning and its kind and source types, and ruling. Candidates come from sources: ac_source, adr_source and kb_source, against a knowledge base (k_b_protocol, file_project_k_b). The cascade runs in stages: prefilter is the deterministic first stage (B13), arbiter_cascade and cascade chain the arbiters, and llm_adjudicator implements the adjudicator_protocol with an LLM, producing adjudicator_verdict, adjudication and cascade_outcome. dor and dor_result connect to the definition of ready, and interpretation_disclosure and independence_violation record cascade rules.
