Anchors in the factory: fixed reference points a spec is checked against. anchor and anchor_registry (230 lines, backed by a locked JSON file) define and store them. Evaluators decide whether an anchor holds: anchor_evaluator is the interface, with example_evaluator, oracle_evaluator and property_evaluator (250 lines, with property_parse_error). evaluation and gate run the evaluation and produce anchor_gate_verdict, anchor_result, anchor_evidence, anchor_status, anchor_class, anchor_source and satisfaction. intake is the B23 bridge that derives anchor candidates from the definition-of-ready procedure (dor_procedure).
