Tooling wiring wave (user command: install+wire every tool): AST daemon revived (venv was already green — uv sync 165 pkgs, log corpse predated vendored tree-sitter wheels; daemon warm, 823 modules on socket); rts.py installed + hardened BYTE-COMPLETE (2 defects fixed on install: stem-key mismatch = unsafe under-selection, top-level-functions-only hashing; now every def/class at any depth + module residue + non-Python file_hash facts force FULL-RUN; proven by method/constant/decorator/whitespace/.pl smoke cases; full-src extract 55,382 facts in 5.6s)

Byte-exact serialized AST (builder, verified): FunctionInfo/ClassInfo end_line+body_hash, ModuleInfo residue_hash, analyzer populates, snapshot regenerated 0/7694 + 0/823 missing, old-JSON backcompat, 100%/97% coverage. EXPOSED+FIXED affected_tests.py unsafe under-selection: src modules outside serialized closure (orchestrata_ast/orchestrata_tools/deleted files) now escalate FULL-SUITE; enshrining test corrected, 39/39 green
12. doc_lint.py built+wired (builder: 38 tests, 97% cov, pre-commit warn-only) and driven to 0 FAIL/104 files: 33 true drift findings fixed (builder: historical exemptions + living-doc corrections), 1 CIDR false positive fixed in the linter itself (10.92.53.0/24 subnet != host claim) + regression test. PEP 758 'corruption' report investigated: black py314 legally strips except-tuple parens, all gates accept — no defect, saved as permanent memory

Three atomic hook-gated commits (no --no-verify, no AI attribution): 8f1c2155 source warm, 6e50ffcf prolog-boundary gate (SEC-POL-002), 12179a68 gen_level0 false-label fix.

16. T0 landed+committed (code_intel CLI); fixed+committed get_project_root repo-root bug found by T0

• T0 verified independently (ruff/pyright/12 tests/8-cycles/prefix-norm) -> commit 67eee430. get_project_root walked to first prolog/ ancestor and stopped at the PACKAGE dir (src/orchestrata_ultimate ships prolog/); switched marker to pyproject.toml -> commit d250c6d8; 2 caller suites (52 tests) + test_paths green. json.so consult bug deferred to post-T1 (shared codebase_db.pl).

• 8 auditor agents, one per submodule; triage into trace(existing req)/gap(new draft req)/glue(no contract); read-only; will produce draft SPEC-006 diff for review before any commit. RTM evidence report generated (reports/rtm-evidence.md): 5340 reqs CITED 240/DECLARED 2844/UNLINKED 2256/GHOST 65; 482 traces contributed 12 net-new declared + 391 densified; 65 pre-existing GHOST dangling traces flagged

20. session.cli spec pilot: renamed prime→overview + attributed 19 fns to SPEC-006 (9 new reqs)

• 2 commits: 3bb7c08d (full prime→overview rename incl 2 hooks+settings, 43 tests) + df0ed60a (19 @traces + 4 transcribed FR-19 carryover + 5 draft US2/FR18 reqs; req-gate PASS, 163 session tests green). Triage swarm found: only 5 genuine SPEC-006 gaps of 56; 14 goals→SPEC-023, 6 kg→SPEC-008, 17 glue. Flagged US-005 collision (spec.md=Carryover vs checklist=Context Mgmt).

21. Drafted SPEC-111 Live Multi-Agent Code Substrate (spec.md + requirements.md)

• Extends SPEC-110; adds resident forest daemon, delta/merge MVCC concurrency (each agent gets immutable structurally-shared subtree, proposes ChangeSet deltas, governed merge queue), streaming per-delta gates (review/ruff/basedpyright/blast-radius), basedpyright oracle over in-memory buffers, byte-exact checkpoints, steering hooks. 8 FR groups + NFRs, all REQ-111-* traced. Launched 2 bg agents: rope-model research + scripts/ categorization (→ SPEC-112 scripts-to-modules). rope studied for lessons NOT adopted.

22. Drafted SPEC-112 (scripts→modules) + added SPEC-111 FR-009 Prolog write-gate + folded rope lessons

• SPEC-111 now 44 reqs: added FR-009 (deterministic Prolog inference gate per node write/create/delete, introspectable rulebase, explain.pl why-not feedback, bounded retries, run-code+test workflow, governance escalation) + 6 rope-lesson reqs (delta-inverse, pure preview, base-version optimistic concurrency, speculative post-merge type-check, tri-state resolution, confidence lattice). SPEC-112: 137 scripts categorized A=6(codemod)/B=52(modules)/C=79(thin); map at plans/scripts-migration-map.json. Both format-gate PASS.

23. Made start_test_services harness profile-aware; fixed split-brain root

• _kernel_config/_gateway_config now honor CXP_GRPC_HOST/GATEWAY_HOST (were hardcoded localhost); _load_dotenv overlays env/<profile>.env; start_kernel/start_gateway refuse host-spawn for remote container endpoint via _is_local_host; dropped unused _run_one name param. tests/scripts/test_start_test_services.py 90 pass. Container app@10.93.53.13 static IP; env/test.env points there; harness status shows all 4 services green on test fleet.

24. Fixed parallel-safety violations in test_repair_project_hubs.py (blocked suite)

• 14 unscoped Project CREATE + 2 global _HubTestChild DETACH DELETE (Gate 0.1/0.2 FAIL). Tagged every created node with test_id prop; folded _HubTestChild cleanup into hub_scope teardown scoped by test_id; removed 5 unscoped manual deletes. Gate now PASS exit 0; 11 tests pass.

25. Fixed 11/14 failing modules from containerized-suite run; 3 pre-existing delegated

• Full threaded run: 30321 passed / 42 failed / 18 errors. Regressions from this session, all fixed+verified: (1) gateway 4 modules — env/test.env GATEWAY_HOST=.13 made in-process gateway servers bind the container IP; fixed via dedicated ORCHESTRATA_GATEWAY_PROBE_HOST for the harness so GATEWAY_HOST stays free for server binds; (2) test_redis_factory+test_core — RUL-003 default-host/port tests now assert raise; (3) test_auth — GatewayConfig(environ=) needs REDIS_HOST/PORT under RUL-003; (4) test_health_check — validate_ci import now adds scripts/ to sys.path; (5) test_run_tests — _load_dotenv profile-overlay clobbers os.environ graph overrides, so infra-down tests now use a throwaway broken env profile via new broken_graph_profile fixture. Remaining 3 (test_kg_context_coverage, test_derive_rtm, test_trace_intel) = pre-existing data-dependent, delegated to 3 parallel agents.

26. Fixed 3 pre-existing data-dependent failures via 3 parallel agents (all green)

• test_trace_intel (28 pass) + test_derive_rtm (12 pass): root cause = ast_live_sync daemon re-serializes plans/ast-ultimate.json on every source change, stripping the SPEC-023 runtime_calls field → 0 runtime_call/2 facts. DURABLE fix: added _preserve_runtime_calls() to ast_live_sync.py (re-applies runtime_calls from committed plans/runtime-callgraph.json after each serialize, reusing build_runtime_callgraph.augment_ast), restarted the --user unit, +2 regression tests (test_ast_live_sync 24 pass). test_kg_context_coverage (21 pass): frozen tests.infrastructure.KG_DATABASE constant diverged from call-time resolve_kg_database(); fixed test to resolve DB at call time. Per-worker isolation verified intact (conftest per-worker mapping runs AFTER env overlay).

27. Merged feat/orchestrata-cli to master; deleted merged branches; dispatched k3 workflow-reflect task

• Merged feat/orchestrata-cli (SPEC-000 CLI) to master (fd545376, CLI tests green), pushed. Deleted 8 local + 6 remote MERGED branches; kept kimi/k1-vizint-failures (unmerged, ahead=6) and feat/exp + kimi/k3-spec-112 (merged but worktrees hold uncommitted work). Dispatched k3 (kimi) via IRC to update skills/hooks/workflow-docs/specs/rules to reflect this session's workflow changes (env profiles, 10.93.53.x test fleet, containerized services, RUL-003, promote_env, scripts->modules); brief at wt-SPEC112/KIMI-TASK-workflow-reflect.md; kimi ack'd, commit-on-branch no-push, will post K3 REPORT for review.

28. Reviewed + merged k3 workflow-reflect addendum to master

• kimi/k3-spec-112 workflow-reflect (2 commits, 42 files) ff-merged to master (6564e188) + pushed. Verified: batch1 docs/specs/rules (no generated JSON, ast-ultimate runtime_calls=7682 intact after I caught+corrected a strip regression); batch2 gen_level0 profile-aware rewrite (test_gen_level0 PASS, gen_level0 --check up-to-date), checks_safety docstring-only Neo4j->Memgraph, .claude hooks/skills. Gates: doc_lint 0 FAIL, rulings_lint all verified. wt-SPEC112 kept for ongoing SPEC-112 extraction.

29. kimi bot accidental-trigger cleanup: a courtesy 'kimi:'-prefixed IRC notification spun up a kimi-cli run; sent STAND DOWN, verified kimi-cli idle + wt-SPEC112 HEAD unchanged (6564e188, 0-ahead) + no stray commits. Recorded prefix-trigger gotcha to memory (kimi-irc-bot-trigger).
30. Host boot-health FAIL triage: 6 coredumps (1 brave SIGTRAP noise; 5 doxygen SIGABRT = upstream bug under CachyOS hardened libstdc++, historical, not orchestrata) + 9 journal errors (bluetoothd HFP SDP retry from offline Echo Plus). Silenced BT spam: untrusted Echo Plus FC:A1:83:AE:8E:6A (auto-reconnect off, pairing preserved).
