- Waived 4 Gate-0.2 DETACH DELETE sites in tests/semantic_graph/test_memgraph_adapter.py (worker-slot-scoped labels, gate-ok comments); all blocking gates pass
- Full suite measured: 575.5s (9m36s), 27187 passed / 41 failed / 15 errors in 19 modules; failures are cross-batch collisions (shared KG_GRPC_PORT=50052 bind races + un-namespaced Neo4j File/Directory constraint errors); sampled modules pass solo
- C1 census: 2 port-race, 6 file-dir-constraint, 27 other; triaged other by solo reruns — 5 stale generated interface tests FIXED via regeneration (both modules green), governance/gateway ~12 are load-class (pass solo, C3 watch-list), 1 stale-DB symptom (resolves with worker migration)
- Worker DB migration applied (all 4 instances canonical, 0 stale path constraints); C3 round 1: collision classes at zero, but base+N port formula collided slot gw1 with kernel 50053 — fixed to base+100+N with kernel-port guard test; C3 restarted
