Purpose
Fix Memgraph test-schema leak: per-label indexes/constraints never dropped by clear_prefixed (10k debris entries on orchgraph cluster, 17-min boot recovery)
Work log
- Root-caused the shared-cluster schema leak: clear_prefixed/clear drop nodes + vector index but never the per-label constraint + 2 indexes _ensure_schema creates; every test run leaked them permanently (3,379 labels -> 6,713 indexes + 3,323 constraints, ~17 min boot recovery per data node). Purged the live cluster (both instances now 73 idx/19 cons/0 debris, snapshots refreshed).
- Wired drop_chunk_label_schema() into all 6 leak sites: 3 memgraph_graph fixtures (test_memgraph_adapter, test_ingestion, test_spec_trace_enrichment), test_custom_chunk_label_isolation, and both ingest-script finally blocks; added regression test test_drop_chunk_label_schema_removes_constraint_and_indexes (asserts 2 indexes + constraint dropped, :Entity schema untouched, idempotent). Gates: black+ruff clean; 79+27 tests passed vs real cluster; post-run cluster debris = 0 on both instances.

Decisions
- Schema drop is a separate teardown-only method, not folded into clear_prefixed: clear_prefixed also runs PRE-test right after connect(); dropping there would strip the load-bearing uniqueness constraint + lookup indexes for the test body. Callers add drop_chunk_label_schema() after the last clear.
