Work log
- Made --validate the default for session end: changed from opt-in flag to --validate/--no-validate with default=True in lifecycle.py. No change needed in _finalize_session — the if-not-validate guard already handles the paths correctly
- Updated AGENTS.md: session end examples now show default validation, --no-validate added as escape hatch, flag table updated
- Wired gRPC kernel into start_test_services.py: check/start/verify/wait for kernel, --skip-kernel flag, atexit cleanup, graceful degradation when kernel unavailable
- Created incus/kernel-launch.sh (bash launcher) + tests/infrastructure/kernel.py (KernelManager context manager, start/stop/is_running functions)
