- Fixed parallel flakiness: worker-scoped _cleanup_test_prefix in conftest, LeaderElection key namespacing in cluster.py + tests at 2026-06-18 23:35
- Fixed generated test Neo4jAuditTrail init signature (added redis_config param) at 2026-06-18 23:35
- Deleted duplicate architect prompts.py (architect_prompts.py is canonical); updated test_prompts.py at 2026-06-18 23:35
- Rewrote test_executor.py for batched subprocesses: 978 modules into 4 batches (~244 each), one pytest subprocess per batch. Eliminated ~5.7 min subprocess-startup overhead. Suite: ~7 min (was ~24 min) at 2026-06-18 23:35
- Created unified test runner scripts/run_tests.py: infra check + safety gates + batched executor. Created scripts/gate_parallel_safety.py: 5 static analysis gates for deterministic flakiness detection at 2026-06-18 23:35
- Updated docs/development-and-testing.md with batching architecture. Updated memory files: AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, CONTEXT.md, context.json — all point to scripts/run_tests.py as primary runner at 2026-06-18 23:35
