Proof verification (4 proof types).

A one-module package in the verification subsystem that checks the proofs a supervisor attaches to a claim. verifier provides ProofVerifier, which supports four proof types (exhaustive search, logical deduction, mathematical and practical explanation), each with its own structural requirements and confidence level. The verification agent is its caller; proofs are produced by the supervisor agent. The package has no entry point and no state.
