Edge case detection and storage.

The edge_cases package finds the unusual inputs and near-misses that ordinary pass or fail verification does not surface (Spec 035 US-006), one of the boundary guards of the verification subsystem. It has two modules. detector is the substantial one: an edge-case catalogue, a detector that works on verification results and on source code, and a reporter that exports JSON or Markdown. database is a minimal in-memory store of the EdgeCase records defined in the package's shared types.

Data flows from VerificationResult objects or source code into the detector, which yields edge cases; the database or reporter stores and presents them. It is a library with no entry point. Start with the detector.
