Checkpoint verification and state transitions.
The checkpoints package gates generated work through five named stages: core_implementation, unit_tests, integration_tests, documentation and final_verification (Spec 035 US-004). It sits between the constraint evaluator and the session state in the verification subsystem.
definitions holds the static data: the order of the checkpoints and the constraint predicates each one requires. verifier holds CheckpointVerifier, which filters constraints to the checkpoint, evaluates them with the constraint evaluator, and moves the session forward on success or counts an attempt on failure. concurrent adds ConcurrentCheckpointEvaluator, which evaluates many checkpoints in parallel under a semaphore or sequentially until the first failure.
Data flows from definitions into the verifier, and from the verifier into the concurrent evaluator and the verification engine. There is no CLI or server here; the classes are used as a library. Start with the verifier.
