Autofix pipeline for automated code repairs.
The autofix package repairs common, mechanical defects in generated Python workspaces before they are verified again (Spec 031 US-031-001). It is the deterministic repair step in the verification subsystem: no LLM is involved, only regular-expression rewrites and the formatters black and isort.
The parts are grouped by role. The driver is the engine, whose run_all_autofixes is the single entry point. The fixers are redis_fixes (async Redis client, decoding, host, XADD and HSET value types), import_fixes (relative to absolute imports, missing imports, import order) and format_fixes (black formatting, datetime import, parse_args). Supporting modules are helpers (the workspace file walker) and types (AutofixResult).
Control flows one way: the engine calls each fixer in order, each fixer walks the workspace and edits files in place, and the engine accumulates counts into an AutofixResult. Tool-based fixes run last and tolerate a missing or slow interpreter. The package __init__ re-exports the engine function and result type. Start reading at the engine.
