Session hooks.
Three Claude Code hooks that tie the editing workflow to the session package, one per hook event. session_auto_start_hook runs at SessionStart: it begins a session, prints a digest and refreshes AST metrics. session_fact_hook runs after tool use and appends facts about reads, shell commands and writes to a per-session file. session_pre_close_hook runs before a close and answers whether the checklist, tests and git state allow it. Each module has a main entry point that reads the hook input from standard input and prints its output, and each acts only in an Orchestrata project. They use the SessionController. Start with the auto-start hook.
4 modules, 991 lines of code.
