The persistence package stores the provenance of codemod runs in the knowledge graph. It has one working module, repository, with a repository protocol, a Bolt-based synchronous implementation and an in-memory one for tests; init is empty. Data flows in from the GraphWriterObserver, which turns commit and pass events into run and pass records and calls the repository when it flushes. Start with repository.
