Generated protobuf classes for CXP gRPC.

The proto subpackage holds the generated protobuf classes for the CXP wire messages. It has two modules: cxp_pb2, the compiler output, and init, which imports it. The classes are used by proto_codec to convert packets, by servicer to answer requests and by direct_cxp_adapter to encode them on the cxpt transport. Nothing in this package contains logic; start with the codec if you want to see how packets map onto the messages. See cxp.
