Shared design-pattern implementations in core. observer provides a generic thread-safe Observer/Observable in sync and async forms with a log-and-continue error policy; the base volk class and the live pytest observer use it. error_handling provides an ErrorHandler that builds ErrorDetail records with optional stack traces in debug mode. The two modules are independent of each other, there are no entry points, and the package root is empty. Read observer first, as it has more importers.
