CXP packet vocabulary — the Layer-0 home of the cross-agent message type.
The CXP packet vocabulary, placed in layer 0 of core because it is the message every agent, the postman and the kernel exchange (Spec 004, decision K6). The package was split from a single implementation file into leaf modules with no cycles. enums holds the packet type, delivery status, work status and priority enums and the two transition tables. exceptions holds CXPError and StateTransitionError. results holds the delivery, queue and validation result dataclasses. compat keeps the deprecated header and payload classes and their proxies. packet defines CXPPacket, which applies the transition tables and raises StateTransitionError on an illegal move. The package root re-exports all of it. There are no entry points. Start with enums, then packet.
